Terms And Conditions - Plain English
If you use www.paintadot.com in any way - these terms and conditions apply to you. If you are one of the 99% of people that don't read these, it doesn't matter, they apply to you anyway. They are in plain english so they can be understand, and the meaning of them is what it says.
- You are not allowed to paint anything obscene, vulgar, rude or violent on the painting. (Don't be Evil) If you do, the webmaster will paint over your dots and you won't be getting a refund. It is up to the webmaster to decide what is obscene and vulgar etc.
- You have no legal rights in terms of ownership over the painting/artwork even though you may have contributed to it. In the act of purchasing dots - you are not purchasing any legal right or portion of ownership, you are only purchasing the opportunity to do some coloring in.
- You have no legal right or position from which to demand or claim anything in respect to the artwork. You are not considered the owner in any sense of the word.
- You also don't have any legal right or position to demand that the money raised for orphans be spent in any particular way. The money raised by the sale of dots belongs to the rightful owners of this website. The money raised by the auction of the painting is to be given to charity at the discretion of the owners of this website. We won't be arguing with anyone about this. If you don't like it, don't participate in painting any dots.
- When painting your dots, your links cannot link to adult, gambling or casino websites. We also will not allow you to link to any website not suitable for children to see. The painting is a random place visitor and as such all links must be "E" rated. (for Everyone) If the webmaster feels a link or Title of a link is inappropriately created it will be changed without discussion.
- The artwork is copyright with all rights belonging to the Mahanain Trust - the owners of www.paintadot.com This work is not to be copied or reproduced in any way without permission.
